Kare - "Curry" was introduced to Japan during the Meiji period (1868–1912) by the British. It came into fashion more during the Taisho period (1912–1926), when it became more affordable. But this isn't an history lesson, and there won't be a quiz later. Just know that our Kare are hand-made, scratch-cooked, secret-recipe good!

Kentucky Fried Garlic. 11 herbs and spices coat thinly sliced garlic, then are fried crisp. I hope you know your date well…!
"Giant Corn" with Sour cream drizzled, and Shi-chimi spice blend sprinkled.

Japanese for "Sandwich", Our Sando are served Hot, and come with your choice of Cabbage Salad, or Sea-salt and Nori Potato chips.
