Kare Rice
Kare - "Curry" was introduced to Japan during the Meiji period (1868–1912) by the British. It came into fashion more during the Taisho period (1912–1926), when it became more affordable. But this isn't an history lesson, and there won't be a quiz later. Just know that our Kare are hand-made, scratch-cooked, secret-recipe good!
Kare Rice
Our own special recipe. Scratch-made by hand with Japanese Curry Spice, Fresh Vegetables, Butter, and Other Secrets! (Dairy Vegetarian Friendly - it will even shake your tongue's hand!)
Vegan / Gluten Free
The Chef has adapted his original recipe to be 100% Vegan Friendly, without Gluten too!
Katsu Kare
Hand sliced pork loin cutlet: seasoned and breaded in our own fresh Panko.

Kara'age Kare
Fried Chicken. The best in town. Another of our own recipes.
Age Tofu Kare
Cubes of Fresh Tofu, Fried golden brown. Served on our regular Kare Rice. (Vegan/GF Kare $1 extra)
Beef Kare
Stewed AAA Top Sirloin Cubes added to our delicious Kare.

Ton Katsu
Hand sliced pork loin cutlet: seasoned and breaded in our own fresh Panko. We use Bond Bond's bread exclusively to make our Panko! Served with Bulldog Tonkatsu sauce.
Chicken Katsu
Three Chicken Tenders, hand breaded in our house-made Panko. Seriously. Served with Bulldog Tonkatsu sauce.
Chicken Kara'age
Fried Chicken. The best in town. Another of our own recipes.
Ebi Furai
3 panko breaded Prawns. Served with Tartar sauce.
Stewed Beef
AAA Sirloin. Seasoned and slow-cooked.
Cream Corn Croquette
3 Bechamel and sweet corn Croquette.
Cocktail Sausage
7 Cocktail Sausages.
K.F.G.
Kentucky Fried Garlic. 11 herbs and spices coat thinly sliced garlic, then are fried crisp. I hope you know your date well…!
Steamed Vegetables
Delicately steamed Vegetables; Broccoli, Carrots, and Cabbage.
Donburi
Rice Bowls. Great as a quick, hearty meal.
Kara'age Don
"The best thing I have ever eaten!" - some guy. But seriously. Our own Fried Chicken with Green Lettuce Chiffonade, drizzled with our "Yin-Yang" Sauce combo of Japanese BBQ, and our Famous Spicy Mayonnaise, all on a bed of Steamed Rice. Your tongue will thank you.
Katsu Don
Our delicious Fresh-Panko, Hand Cut, Pork cutlet lightly stewed with 2 fresh eggs, & Dashi, served on a bowl of steamed Japanese rice. Garnished with pickled Ginger and Ao-Nori. Tradition!
Kare Beef Udon
Beef Soboro, Cooked with our original Kare, Udon noodle and traditional Tsuyu, then covered in Scallions. Better than Omiya Station!
Kare Tot Poutine
Crisp Potato Tots, covered in our Curry, Cheese Curds, and Negi!
Sando (Sandwiches)
Japanese for "Sandwich", Our Sando are served Hot, and come with your choice of Cabbage Salad, or Sea-salt and Nori Potato chips.
Dai Katsu Sando
Not your typical "Konbinya Katsu-Sando." We choose our LARGEST Pork cutlet, coat in fresh panko, with a Slice of Cheddar, a mountain of Sliced Cabbage, and a trio of sauces; Bull Dog, Kewpie Mayo, and Karashi-Mustard. All forced to sit pretty in a fresh Bond Bond's Bun.
Chicken Katsu
Fresh-Panko fried Chicken tenders, with our "Yin-Yang" sauce combo of Japanese BBQ, and Our Spicy Mayo. Served with baby Arugula on a Bond Bond's Bun.

Ramune
The Japanese "Marble" Soda. The Best selection available! We carry; Regular, Melon, Watermelon. Orange, Blueberry, Strawberry, Lychee, and Yuzu. *not always in stock, but you never know!)
Calpico
Famous Japanese Yogurt-infused soft drink.

Cold Teas
Cold, mostly unsweetened Bottled Teas. Green Tea, Genmaicha, Hoji-Cha, Mugi-cha, Jasmine, Oolong, and Milk Tea.

Canned Coffee from UCC. Sweetened with milk. Regular UCC, and Kona blend.

Romain Lettuce, Arugula, Carrot, Cucumber, Radish, and our delish Ginger Dressing.

Pickled Daikon. Traditional with Kare in Japan.

Our Sauces are what make us better. Mostly made in-house from scratch recipes.
Spicy Mayonnaise - made from the eggs up!
Tartar Sauce - not from the jar.
Yin-Yang sauce - Spicy mayo and Unagi BBQ sauce, best for the Kara'age Chicken.
Bulldog Tonkatsu Sauce - ok. there's no substitute.
